The first International Chapter of the UCO Alumni Association hosted a kick-off event on January 11, 2015. Twenty UCO alumni were present at the meeting, hosted at Cat Cafe in Guangzhou. Alumni participated in games and socializing, with videos from President Don Betz, VP of Development Anne Holzberlein, and various UCO community members congratulating the chapter on their founding.

UCO@125 Promo Video
At the beginning of 2015, the University of Central Oklahoma launched a yearlong celebration of UCO's 125th year. There will be many opportunities for alumni and friends to enjoy a trip back to campus, or to learn more about Central's rich history. We hope you will be able to join us in celebration throughout the year!
Luminary Society

With the 125-year celebration for the University of Central Oklahoma comes a new society that honors individuals who brought distinction to, or positively influenced the life of the university through their service and/or contributions.

This visionary group of 125 will be recognized throughout the celebration year and formally inducted into the new Luminary Society for the university. Eligible nominees can be living or deceased and include alumni; former and current students and employees; or community members and advocates.
